This lower body destruction workout plan is nothing to be taken lightly. The program is set up fro 4 weeks that will challenge you and add size along with strength in your lower body. For both guys and gals!
Glutes (butt), quads, hamstrings, calfs, you name it. It's all in the program. All you have to do is get your head straight, focus and execute 2 leg days a week. I suggest you do them Monday and Thursday.
