I'm a 25 year old from Atlanta, GA. with a passion for helping others live a healthier life. I fell in love with fitness and bodybuilding when I was 15 years old, after my Dad introduced me to the gym. I was involved in many sports such as; soccer, football, baseball, boxing, and swimming. Being athletic and having to use the gym regularly, I loved every minute of training more and more.
As time passed and I continued to dive deeper into the fitness and health industry, my passion to help others achieve their fitness goals was next on my list, so I did just that. I focus all my time on my Exercise and Health Science degree, personal training, online fitness coaching. My goal is to impact as many lives as I can, I will go to great lengths to do so. It won't be easy, but I like a challenge, I always have. |
KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY - FOOTBALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

As part of my stay at Kennesaw State University, I decided to take an internship with the football team. Everything fitness and sports, I love. I wanted to learn and understand what it took to train a college sports team.
Working side by side with Coach Kiritsy, head of Strength & Conditioning, I helped coach the football team through workouts and conditioning practices. Waking up at 4:30am every day to be in the weight room for a staff meeting at 5:30am, was not easy, but I was pumped to learn something new from Coach K.
Having Coach K. as a mentor, I learned a lot about the science and art of coaching the KSU Football Team. More importantly he taught me to work on myself, work on personal development, to keep improving and mastering my craft. Working with college athletes is definitely a different ball game, and I learned a lot form Coach.
GO OWLS!
